Description
Villa Korfos has a sea view second to none in this south east corner of Kefalonia, set on the rising coast line, overlooking the sea, where on clear days you can see right across to the mainland and watch ferries, sailing boats and pleasure yachts plying their way to and fro.
The Villa has been beautifully finished and designed to be ideal for families or groups of up to three couples with three double bedrooms all of which have a bathroom or shower room en-suite. There is a sofa bed in the larger bedroom for those who require a room with two beds - maybe for teenagers or children.
Location
In a quiet area just out of town, it’s 1.2 kms along the coast from the laid back resort of Skala and a pleasant evening stroll can be followed by a returning short taxi ride back.
If you’d rather not move even that far from the Villa (perfectly understandable), then within a 5 minute walk there is a lovely little undiscovered pebbly cove with beautiful clear water.
There is also a choice between two excellent tavernas. Ten minutes walk further brings you to a patisserie (great croissants for breakfast) and a mini market.

Sitting area - black leather sofa, two occasional chairs, plasma TV (limited channels/news only) and DVD player, sea view window, door to covered terrace and garden. Air Con unit
Dining area - table and chairs, sea view window.
Double Bedroom - 1 double bed, fitted wardrobes, French doors to garden terrace with table and chairs, sea view window. Air Con Unit.
Shower room - Walk in shower, hand basin, WC. and Washing Machine.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking - roadside parking area, with several steps down to the villa.

The pool area with sea views is just lovely. A short walk to a couple of good restaurants and a supermarket, and a 20 minute walk into the centre of Skala. The supermarkets will also deliver which is great. You don't need a car to stay here. The villsee more

This is a beautifully appointed villa, finished to a very high standard, with everything you need to make your holiday easy and carefree. All the furnishings an linen were excellent, and having pool towels included was an added bonus. Immaculately clsee more
This is a beautifully appointed villa, finished to a very high standard, with everything you need to make your holiday easy and carefree. All the furnishings an linen were excellent, and having pool towels included was an added bonus. Immaculately clean with a full clean provided mid stay, with fresh towels. Great kitchen, plenty of equipment and utensils, including lots of plastic for poolside. Outside the pool is great, clean and not drenched with chemicals. Cleaned every morning so no need to do anything except enjoy it. But now the best bit, the view! Wow! Looking into the clear blue Ionian Sea, which is within touching distance, the wide view of the bay is spectacular! Great views from both poolside and both upstairs balconies. Sublime. Sunshine all day either front, side or back. And a great location. Walking distance of really excellent restaurants and bars as well as small supermarkets, along with an outstanding patisserie. Main town isn’t too far and easily walkable out with the mid day heat. All in all a phenomenal holiday home.

Clean well equipped villa. Owner is very friendly checks on the place but not too interfering gives you space, maid comes every other day very good quick so no inconvenience,and leaves everything clean and refreshed! Pool is brilliant with a sea viewsee more

Owner is very friendly checks on the place but not too interfering gives you space, maid comes every other day very good quick so no inconvenience,and leaves everything clean and refreshed! Pool is brilliant with a sea view. It is a bit of a walk down to the town and nearest shop however there are restaurants nearer and taxis are near enough always available. Overall a fantastic place to visit everyone is very friendly, the tavernas restaurants are amazing dining and villa korfos is a great place to stay. Happily come back!

The villa was in a lovely setting, close enough (but no too close) to Skala with a couple of lovely restaurants a short walk away. The villa was serviced regularly and we were visited by the owner, Denise, every other day to make sure we had everythisee more

Booking process was easy and when I needed to make a slight change it was handled without any fuss.
