Amazing Sea View Villa with Private Beach*
It's not only the peerless sea views that make Villa Anna Maria unique, or the variety of sitting areas in the garden from which to enjoy those views - it's the little private path that fetches up on your own private beach equipped with parasols and sunbeds, where the swimming and snorkeling are truly matchless. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show here. There's a sandy beach just a short 5 mins drive away.
Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just 5 mins drive away in the village of Spartia, where there is also a minimarket and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas.
For a wider choice it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.

Villa Anna Maria has the most beautiful location on top of a cliff, overlooking the beautiful ocean and nature. The grounds are abundant with a very large garden, grass for the children to play in and beautiful pool which is very well maintained. Thesee more

There are steps down to the ocean which is a nice change to dipping into the pool. It is very quiet and secluded. There is a beach down the road which is also beautiful. The Freelance Team is very attentive and answered all of our questions within minutes of either textingon this site via messages. We also had an issue with the vent in the kitchen and it was replaced the very next morning. They are a very wonderful team that put us at ease during our stay as we knew we were very well looked after. They also send you a comprehensive guide to the island and surrounding areas that we used daily and enhanced our stay. Thank you to the Freelance Villas team and we would certainly book with them again.

The villa was excellent, as was the service from freelance villas (eg when we managed to lock ourselves out they were there within 20 minutes). The pool is lovely and the cleanest I have ever had at a holiday house.

The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. But the highlight for us was the location - being able to be snorkel with my kids off the rocks down the villa path every day was really special and made the holiday one we will remember |

Villa Anna Maria is located on the outskirt of Skala & about 15 minutes drive from Argostoli. The villa itself is beautiful, clean, spacious and enjoys magnificent views to a mountain & sea. and is close to Skala beach. Spartia beach is only 5-minutesee more

We were welcomed with a nice little parcel of tasty koulourakia, a bottle of local wine and a bottle of still water. Thank you! Really appreciated! My young kids also loved playing in the pool especially on hot days. But the best part of staying in the villa is watching the sunrise from our balcony while enjoying our breakfast/ morning coffee. It's just magnificent!

We loved the very complete house, service and communication of the organisation (Diane). The little pitoresque village of Spartia is also very close and practical for a coffee, minimarkettaverna diner. The area is still very quite and special. We will come back, the best villa we stayed in years!

The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was also tended to daily for us. The peace and serenity was beautiful and with the tiny village only a 5 minute car ride away. This was my first ever visit to Kefalonia and Villa Anna Maria was an absolute pleasure to stay in. My son is already planning to return to this villa with a group of friends. Diane was very friendly and helpful, even answering the phone at midnight to direct the taxi driver when we arrived. The info pack and the villa folder was very comprehensive, giving us all we needed to know.

Had a very relaxing family holiday in this beautiful villa. Our kids (adult now) made great use of the private rock beach though I would recommend a sign stating this rock beach is for sole use of villa Anna Maria occupants. A few people did swim rousee more
