Description
This lovely three bedroom sea view Villa sits in the centre of its private garden with stunning sea views. The layout of the Villa and its gardens are all about easy relaxed living, with the pool, dining terraces and sun terraces all no more than a few steps away. Shrubs and palm trees surround the sloping lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured. Inside, the Villa has been equipped to a high standard, with comfortable sofas in the living area and a well organised kitchen. To match the three bedrooms there are three bath/shower rooms.
Location-Spartia
One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens and occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
Spartia's maze like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas and for more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away

A fabulous villa with a wonderful sea view. We had a very relaxing stay here as a family of 5 in a peaceful beautiful part of the island. If you plan to stay here then a hire car is a must.

The villa is in a quiet spot, so ideal for relaxing. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, then this villa is for you. The walk down the steep hill to the sea is a must. Views are amazing!! You can swim safely from here too! A car is also definitely recommended. Loved it …. Will definitely be back to stay!!

All about the view.. we picked this villa for the garden and the view and it didn’t disappoint. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Very quiet location and although there are neighbours you are not overlooked in any way. A car is essential, nothsee more

Very quiet location and although there are neighbours you are not overlooked in any way. A car is essential, nothing is really walkable other than the rock beach at the end of the road. Simple interior but has everything you need. Water pressure was great so showers were powerful. Very easy check in and great communication throughout. Would definitely use again.

We do agree a car is an essential extra for a stay at Apollon, nowhere is too far away including essential facilities that can be found in the nearby village, but a car does provide ease of access to everywhere, plus of course, it ensures you can explore the beauty of Kefalonia very easily. We had the most wonderful time staying at Villa Apollon. The villa is in the most gorgeous setting and even more impressive than the photos are able to show! The villa was extremely clean and had everything that we needed! The pool is fantastic and wsee more

The pool is fantastic and we didn’t leave the villa as much as we might have done because it was so lovely and relaxing to be by the pool! The local area was lovely with some excellent restaurants near by and also some stunning beaches! Freelance holidays have been efficient and informative with exceptionally fast communication. We will definitely be booking next year with Freelance Holidays ! Our holiday was pretty much perfect in every way and we can’t wait to go back to Kefalonia and very likely this villa!
