Description
This lovely two bedroom sea view Villa sits in the centre of its private garden with stunning sea views. The layout of the Villa and its gardens are all about easy relaxed living, with the pool, dining terraces and sun terraces all no more than a few steps away. Shrubs and palm trees surround the sloping lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured. Inside, the Villa is well equipped and furnished with comfortable sofas in the living area and a well organised kitchen. Both bedrooms have ensuite two bath/shower rooms.
Location, Spartia
One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens, occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
Spartia's maze-like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas. For more choice, the lovely town of Argostoli is just a 20min drive away.

The big open outdoor space has great views yet it's still very private and not overlooked. The layout is practical for a couple or small family. The insect screens on the windows are helpful. On check-out day we utilised the pool and cafe at Liakas Vsee more

The situation of this villa in terms of aspect, privacy and stunning views is wonderful.
It is very well equipped and we had clean sheets and towels 4 times in 2 weeks.
One evening we found that there was no hot water. we rang Diane Steger and the psee more

Great location, very remote and quiet! If you want to run away from the daily buzz than this is the place. Communication with host was top ! The villa has all facilities you need, the pool and garden are well maintained. You need a car/atv/scooter sisee more

You need a car/atv/scooter since this location is 15-20min away from the capital Argostoli, but the small village nearby has supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, great choice!

Only 20 mins drive from the airport. When we arrived we were so impressed with the location. Ok you definitely need a car to get here and around the Island. A huge villa and beautiful grounds with everything required. We were provided a lovely welcomsee more

A huge villa and beautiful grounds with everything required. We were provided a lovely welcome pack including biscuits, crisps, wine and Myrtos beer. A huge barbeque which we didn't get to use but it looked awesome to use. You can walk down to the amazing amandakiss beach if you fancy a change fron the pool. The satelitte tv wasn't working but a whatsup message to Diane and someone was around within half hour to fix it! Amazing service! Thoroughly recommend this villa and it's spacious and private grounds. Cleaners came round twice in the week we were there, and someone came to clean the pool. We will be back!
