Villa Estia, a truly comfortable and beautifully laid out, sea view Villa is really five star when it comes to outside living. Its extensive area of lawns and copious area of covered terraces make it a truly excellent choice for families.
One of a select group of Villas sharing the peninsular just south of the village of Spartia.
Location, Spartia
With nothing short of fabulous views across the sea towards Mount Aenos, the Villa sits at the entrance to a small and select group of Villas, a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5 min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
Spartia's maze of narrow street all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas and for more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away

Quiet location with fairly good sea view. Excellent sized pool and pool towels that fit the sunbeds perfectly. Everything you need is provided to make your stay comfortable plus cleaners call regularly to replace towels and keep bathrooms and kitchensee more

My wife and I spent 8 nights at Villa Estia. Beautiful villa with a large garden and convenient parking for one car (but not two). The pool is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The villa is extremely comfortable and well laid out. We particularsee more

The villa is extremely comfortable and well laid out. We particularly appreciated the sliding mosquito nets on every door and window. There is plenty of space in the master bedroom and overall enough room for 6 people. The stairs at the entrance and inside the villa make it unsuitable for wheelchair users. On the second day we noticed there was a problem with the fridge. We notified them and within half an hour they replaced it. We will most likely return.

There is a sea access at the bottom of the hill with lounges and umbrellas for the private use of freelance villas guest we probably didn’t make the most of but we will be spending more time there on our next visit as it is simply stunning! |

Freelance villas couldn’t be more accommodating providing a cot and high chair on request and the villa gets a mid week clean which helps when self catering. Pool, Garden and BBQ area were amazing and although when you first drive to the villa it seems a bit off the beaten track once you get your bearings in the area you are actually really well situated to explore the island with all you need, tavernas, mini and large supermarkets, great beaches, towns within a 5-20 minute drive unless you want to explore further. You can also use the facilities and pool at the apartments in the same village which is nice for check out day and there is a pool bar there to grab cool drinks with lovely staff. Would recommend this villa for both adults and kids.

The villa was absolutely lovely and perfect for what we wanted. I'm not sure we'd quite appreciated the garden area and the sea view from the pool from the pictures but it was absolutely stunning. The villa was large and whilst there were only 4 of usee more

The villa was large and whilst there were only 4 of us in our party, it would have been more than comfortable with 6 people staying as well. Location wise it was in a very quiet neighbourhood and a car is recommended but there's a shop and a great coffee place only 5 mins drive away. The Freelance team were very helpful both prior to and during our stay. Would certainly recommend both the villa and staying at another Freelance Villa in Kefalonia.

Amazing Sea View Villa with Private Beach*
It's not only the peerless sea views that make Villa Anna Maria unique, or the variety of sitting areas in the garden from which to enjoy those views - it's the little private path that fetches up on your own private beach equipped with parasols and sunbeds, where the swimming and snorkeling are truly matchless. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show here. There's a sandy beach just a short 5 mins drive away.
Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just 5 mins drive away in the village of Spartia, where there is also a minimarket and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas.
For a wider choice it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.
