Description
This lovely three bedroom sea view Villa sits in its private garden with beautiful countryside views & sea views. In prime position to watch the sun set. The area surrounding the pool area is a spacious haven with an area for children to play. Mature shrubs surround the pool area gardens, so uninterrupted privacy is assured.
Location-Spartia
One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens and occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
Spartia's maze like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas and for more choice, Argostoli is just a 20min drive away.

Sun Terrace - Furnished with sun loungers.

A very private, peaceful and spacious villa. The outdoors area is fabulous. Large grounds with well cared for planting, and a large pool with plenty of space around it for relaxing. There is a large deep, shaded terrace, lovely for eating out at. Thesee more
A very private, peaceful and spacious villa. The outdoors area is fabulous. Large grounds with well cared for planting, and a large pool with plenty of space around it for relaxing. There is a large deep, shaded terrace, lovely for eating out at. The view over a wooded valley between two views of the sea is delightful. The bird life was an unexpected bonus. A large group of European bee-eaters regularly circled directly overhead constantly chattering. We also saw a nightjar on most evenings. Easy local drives to nearby small coves and Cape Laikas down a steep hill between all the villas (dont be put off by the villas only signs). Spartia village is a short drive away for supplies. We loved our two weeks here. Highly recommended.
