Description
Almost at the tip of the Liakas peninsular, which points south across the sea towards Zante, Villa Penelope enjoys peerless sea views. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show with a variety of areas from which to enjoy those views, day and night. There's a rocky platform down by the sea, accessed via a short footpath and a sandy beach for bathing just a short 5 mins drive away.
Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just 5 mins drive away in the village of Spartia, where there is also a minimarket and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas.
For a wider choice it is not much more than a 10 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.

Kitchen Area – Smart white cupboards with black counter tops, double sink, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and window with sea and pool view. Door to barbecue terrace.
Double Bedroom with en suite shower/bath room – Double bed, window overlooking the garden. Air con unit. Full bath with air jets and rain shower attachment overhead, wash hand basin, WC. Washing machine.
First Floor

We had a hot week and when the air con was needed at night, it was spot on. Greece just never disappoints us! Thoroughly recommend this villa and Freelance for what is a relaxed and quiet location. You will need a car! |

Villa Penelope is in a stunning location and the photos represent the villa beautifully. We loved the outside space and made full use of this. Freelance themselves were easy to book through and quick to answer any questions prior to the trip. The itinerary was helpful too. Argostoli is 15 minutes away Lourdas beach takes about 30 mins to get there. Kaminia beach is a flat family friendly beach, great for snorkelling is about 40 mins away, but snorkelling is best off the headland beneath the villa itself.

An excellent holiday in an outstanding villa. The facilities were perfect for our needs relaxing after exploring the island. Great communal spaces, lovely pool, excellent outdoor eating set up and every room was en-suite. A car is a necessity to gain access to the villa via the small town of Spartia (5 mins away for all your supermarket needs), but the seclusion and view of Mount Aenos across the water is reward enough.
