Description
Almost at the tip of the Liakas peninsular, one of our most popular Villas in Spartia which points south across the sea towards Zante, Villa Roberta enjoys peerless sea views. A well laid out, smart and beautifully finished Villa inside, the outside really steals the show with a variety of areas from which to enjoy those views, day and night. There's a rocky platform down by the sea, accessed via a short footpath and a sandy beach for bathing just a short 5 mins drive away.
Location
If you are eating out, there are tavernas just under 10 mins drive away in the village of Spartia, where there is also a minimarket and above the arc of sandy beach down on the coast there are another couple of tavernas.
For a wider choice it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.
Outside Villa Roberta:
Swimming Pool - Tiled, 10m x 5m private pool with roman step entry, air jets inside the pool as well as external jet massage. Depth 1.20m - 1.60m. Pool ledge 0.12m with cushioned sun loungers to bath whilst in the water, glass barrier to make most of the stunning sea views.
Sea View Pool Terrace - Tiled terrace with sun beds and pergola sun shade.
Sea View Covered Terrace - Spacious tiled terrace with rattan sofa set, purpose built stone barbecue, sink, dining table with chairs.
Garden - Generous area of lawn, edged with shrubs.
Inside Villa Roberta:
Ground Floor - Open plan living room
Sitting area - Comfortable L shaped sofa, Sat TV (limited channels/news only), DVD, CD player, floor to ceiling patio windows that overlook the terrace, pool and sea. Air con unit.
Dining Area – Wooden table and seating for 6.
Kitchen Area – Double sink with window above to rear garden, 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave, espresso maker (Nespresso original capsules), fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Family WC - Wash hand basin, WC.
Double Bedroom with en suite shower room – Double bed, bedside table & lamps, large mirror and open wardrobe.Walk in shower, WC and hand basin. Floor to ceiling sliding patio door to terrace overlooking the pool and sea view. Air con unit.
Twin Bedroom with en suite shower room – Two single beds, bedside table & lamps, large mirror and wardrobe. Walk in shower, WC and hand basin. Window to terrace overlooking the pool and sea view. Air con unit.
First Floor
Double Bedroom with en suite shower room - 1 double bed, bedside tables & lamps, large mirror and chair, wardrobes. Smartly tiled shower, with rain shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC. Two windows facing out to the sea view. Air-con Unit.
Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking - There is space for parking inside the villa grounds which is covered.

After such a difficult year with Covid, it was a pleasure to escape the UK and spend a week in Kefalonia in Villa Roberta. The villa details and photos are extremely accurate, the villa is beautiful and the views out across the Ionian Sea are stunning. It is some what remote, and a car is a necessity, but we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

This property was fantastic! It was at a great location less than 5 min. walk to beach area. The amenities were very good. The pool was great, clean, and at just the right temperature. Our hostess (Diane) was extremely helpful and timely with responses during the planning process. My whole family (wife and 3 kids ages 13, 15, 17) thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Kefalonia, and a lot of it was due to the the property and the Freelance team. Villa Roberta was perfect. I understand that it was a newly built property, and that might have something to do with it how nice it was, but the whole experience was great, so I'm glad their team counseled me tothis property over another property that was located further from the beach. The property looked just as it was described...and in some ways, better. I am extremely picky when planning vacations for my family...I want them to have the best, down to the finest details. If I could do everything again, there's nothing I would change. When planning my next vacation, I would start with looking at a Freelance property.

The location of this house is stunning, the house itself is great and the Freelance Villa’s communication is excellent. Don’t be intimidated by the drive, you get used to it very quickly. We loved our stay and wished we’d booked for longer than 7 daysee more

Our stay at Villa Roberta was wonderful. It is a beautiful villa in an incredible setting overlooking the sea and across to Zakinthos. The villa is modern throughout with plenty of hot water for showers. The outside space works really well with a very large covered area to cook, eat and relax when it gets too hot. The infinity pool is exactly as seen in the photo's, stunning and not too deep so ideal for pool games. This was our second booking with Freelance and will not be our last because they provide an excellent all round service.
